Y4 type four way hydraulic rotary joint is a type of high-pressure series rotary joint. It has four independent medium channels and can be used for high-pressure low-speed or high-pressure high-speed (customized) working conditions. It can not only circulate conventional fluid media such as cooling water, ultrapure water, compressed air, and coolant, but also high-pressure circulating media such as hydraulic oil, dry oil, thin oil, and gear oil under high-pressure working conditions. Mainly used in construction machinery, excavators, cranes, circular sprinklers, pointer sprinklers, rotating sprinkler arms, silage harvester cutting turntables, converter tilting devices, continuous casting machine crystallizer vibration devices, coiling machines, uncoiler machines, paper machine coiling parts, paper machine calenders, injection molding machine rotating workbenches, blow molding machine rotating dies, etc. It can also be used for circulating cutting fluids in the machine tool industry and high-pressure cleaning fluids in the cleaning industry.
The usage parameters of four way hydraulic rotary joints vary with their speed, temperature, and pressure, and their usage limit values also differ. Under special conditions, the maximum operating temperature is 200 ℃ or above 300RPM, and customization is required.
