Y3 type three-way hydraulic rotary joint belongs to the Rotary Union/Swivel Joint, which is specialized for low-speed and high-pressure hydraulic systems, solving the problem of continuous hydraulic oil delivery for rotating equipment such as rotary workbenches, coilers, and engineering machinery turntables

There are three independent circulation channels.

4. Due to the frictional torque between the sealing surfaces during operation, it is necessary to use an external anti rotation rod or rely on the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines on the housing to prevent rotation when installing the rotary joint.
5. When connecting rotary joints and pipelines, use the M interface to circulate high-pressure hydraulic oil, and it is recommended to use high-pressure rubber hoses. Low pressure gas circulation, it is recommended to use gas lines.
6. The outer tube (shaft) of the rotary joint is connected to the rotating shaft head in the equipment, which is the main moving component.
7. Simple structure and easy maintenance. No maintenance is required during use, making it easy to use.

The usage parameters of a three-way hydraulic rotary joint vary with its speed, temperature, and pressure, and its usage limit values also differ. Under special conditions, the maximum operating temperature is 200 ℃ or above 300RPM, and customization is required. For gases with low pressure and torque requirements, customization needs to be specified.
