Y2 type two-way hydraulic rotary joint is a self-supporting dual channel dynamic sealing device, designed to transfer hydraulic oil and other media from fixed pipelines to synchronous rotating components without damage.

Product Introduction
Y2 type two-way hydraulic rotary joint is a type of high-pressure series rotary joint, which has two independent medium channels and can be used for high-pressure low-speed or high-pressure high-speed (customized) working conditions. It can not only circulate conventional fluid media such as cooling water, ultrapure water, compressed air, and coolant, but also high-pressure circulating media such as hydraulic oil, dry oil, thin oil, and gear oil under high-pressure working conditions. Mainly used in construction machinery, excavators, cranes, circular sprinklers, pointer sprinklers, rotating sprinkler arms, silage harvester cutting turntables, converter tilting devices, continuous casting machine crystallizer vibration devices, coiling machines, uncoiler machines, paper machine coiling parts, paper machine calenders, injection molding machine rotating workbenches, blow molding machine rotating dies, etc. It can also be used for circulating cutting fluids in the machine tool industry and high-pressure cleaning fluids in the cleaning industry.
The usage parameters of two-way hydraulic rotary joints vary with their speed, temperature, and pressure, and their usage limit values are also different. Under special conditions, the maximum operating temperature is 200 ℃ or above 300RPM, and customization is required. For gases with low pressure and torque requirements, customization needs to be specified.

Product Features
There are two independent circulation channels.

3. The two ends inside the shell are supported by two ball bearings, which are equipped with double-sided dust covers and are an internally supported rotary joint.
4. Due to the frictional torque between the sealing surfaces during operation, it is necessary to use an external anti rotation rod or rely on the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines on the housing to prevent rotation when installing the rotary joint.
5. When connecting rotary joints and pipelines, use the M interface to circulate high-pressure hydraulic oil, and it is recommended to use high-pressure rubber hoses. Low pressure gas circulation, it is recommended to use gas lines.
6. The outer tube (shaft) of the rotary joint is connected to the rotating shaft head in the equipment, which is the main moving component.
7. Simple structure and easy maintenance. No maintenance is required during use, making it easy to use.
