Selection and maintenance points
Media requirements: Each channel must use compatible media (usually hydraulic oil), and cross contamination of different fluids is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to have a filtration accuracy of ≥ 10 μ m;
Installation precautions: Ensure coaxiality and prohibit rigid direct connection of pipelines. It is recommended to use metal hoses to cushion stress;
Life management: Internal bearings are usually maintenance free, but it is necessary to monitor the oil discharge situation of leakage holes. Abnormal dripping indicates seal failure and needs to be replaced;
Working condition matching: High pressure and high speed cannot reach the limit value at the same time, and pressure indicators should be used according to the actual speed to reduce the rating.
