The Q32 rotary joint is a specially designed balanced sealing form for water medium. It has a compact appearance, operates flexibly, and is suitable for use under high-speed conditions. With low friction torque, all components of the rotary joint are made of corrosion-resistant materials, making it suitable for use in conditions with certain corrosive media.

Typical structure:
Shell: Made of brass or stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
Sealing system: It adopts a flat seal, coupled with a multi-spring compensation mechanism. The rotating and stationary seals are removable and replaceable, facilitating easy maintenance and ensuring sealing performance under both high and low pressures.
Rotating stop device: Install a rotating stop rod through the support hole to prevent the housing from rotating with the shaft
Q-type rotary joint
Structural features: The outer tube body is directly connected to the roller or dryer, and is the main rotating component with a precision machined outer tube body spherical surface. The bottom cover and impregnated graphite spherical sealing ring together form a reliable dynamic sealing friction pair. The spherical sealing ring slides in the annular space inside the housing, and the tight fit between the oil-free bearing and the housing allows the rotating joint to be freely supported. Therefore, the installation accuracy is not high. After the wear of the spherical sealing ring, it is compensated at any time by the pre pressure of the spring. During the compensation, the housing slowly moves backward, and the degree of wear of the sealing element can be observed through the scale lines on the outer pipe body. When steam, water or other mesons flow through the spherical sealing ring and oil-free bearing, a thin liquid film is formed to provide sealing and lubrication, thereby reducing friction and wear and extending the service life. In addition, double ear supports are used on the shell to provide more stable support for large-scale rotating joints. Sealing is more stable.
