The DS50 high-temperature rotary joint is equipped with precision sealing and durable ball milled cast iron made of spherical graphite, which has high strength and flexibility, improving the mechanical properties of cast iron. The ceramic ring is made of imported silicon carbide ceramics, which have high resistance to pressure, are not easily bent, have finer density, lower thermal expansion probability, and are more stable to use. Compared with ordinary graphite rings, the temperature tolerance is more than ten times higher

The hollow shaft of the DS series high-temperature rotary joint is connected to the roller or roll through threads or flanges, and is the main rotating component that moves synchronously with the equipment. The sealing ring, hollow shaft, and corrugated compensator together form a floating double end face sealing friction pair, which is beneficial for reducing the disadvantages of poor sealing caused by poor concentricity of the equipment. The sealing ring is made of impregnated carbon graphite, which has good lubricity, thereby reducing friction and wear and improving service life; With the wear of the sealing ring, the bellows compensator is compensated at any time by the pressure of the spring. The use of bearings not only plays a manufacturing role, but also improves rotational accuracy and reduces friction torque. In addition, there are observation holes on the shell, through which the wear and sealing condition of the sealing ring can be observed at any time. Regularly add lithium grease during high temperatures.
