109-013-196 is a bearing “disengagement” type coolant rotary joint used for CNC machining centers and automated production lines. Specially designed for high-speed and high-pressure coolant applications.
Structural features:
Bearing structure: Equipped with internal bearings to support rotating components and ensure stability during high-speed operation.
Pop Off design: equipped with anti pull and anti break protection function. When the hose is subjected to unexpected tension, the joint will automatically disconnect to prevent damage to the machine or pipeline, and then automatically reconnect under pressure.
Applicable medium: mainly used for water-based coolant, but can also be applied to other non corrosive fluids.
Typical application scenarios: CNC machining centers, gun drilling machines, automated production lines, and other places that require internal cooling tool supply.
